I wanted to write you guys a note about the gig and DJ-set you played at our wedding in August. We had a second night after the wedding that most people stayed up for and they were not short of letting us know what they thought of the wedding and in particular the entertainment.

First up, being the groom, I was forced to go off and talk to various tables during your set. Whenever I returned to the dance floor I had to pretty much elbow my way on as the place was heaving. You absolutely filled the floor all night.  I had some of the girls that were at the wedding complain to me that they really wanted to sit down, but the music was so good they couldn't bring themselves to do it. "I'll just wait and see if the next song is bad"... it never was - sheer exhaustion is all that removed people from the dance floor.

Your song selection was nothing short of excellent. The quality of your playing and singing was brilliant. The early waltzes to keep everyone happy and then bringing it up to date but still inclusive. I still can't believe my father was dancing to your excellent version of A-Punk. The show stealer's included the air guitar set (AC/DC, Sweet Child of Mine) which culminated in a mosh pit, my grand aunt dancing to the DJ set at 1:00am. Your ability to react to the songs that went down well with the crowd and what to play next based on that showed that you are an extremely fluid band with a fantastic range and intelligence. 

I loved how you moved from the Band set to the DJ set. There was no gap. The band finished and the DJ set started up at the end of the bands last song. One of the groomsmen came up to me and pointed out that you sounded very like Dire Straits. When we looked at the stage we realised it was the DJ set and not the band. The move was that seamless.

I have had some quotes from the guests. These included "That was the best wedding i was ever at or ever will be at" and "Whatever you're paying them, they're worth it"! We also had some very musical people at the wedding who absolutely loved the range of songs you played. Something for everyone was replaced with everything for everyone.

I have had 3 people (one recently engaged) ask me for your details directly and it's only been 3 days since the wedding. If they come near me I'll be doing nothing but recommending you guys. 

Thanks for all the night. You were absolutely amazing. I can't tell you how please we both are with how the night went. When we were researching bands for the wedding we felt the music was the most integral part to the night (apart from the Bride showing up to marry me of course). After booking you guys we always had it in our minds that you were going to be of a good standard. You matched that and beat it by some distance.  I can't wait to see the wedding video.
